A much loved husband of Susan, amazing dad of Tracey, Sarah and Joanne and a treasured grandad and great-grandad.
John will be sadly missed by all his loving family, friends and neighbours who have shown support throughout.
Funeral service to take place at Carmountside Crematorium on Thursday 15th May at 1pm. Family flowers only by request please, donations preferred in memory of John to the CCU at the Royal Stoke Hospital with any cheques made payable to the 'UHNM Charity'.
